Spring Description: This division is for girls ages 7 & 8 and (6 year olds who are returning players) . It is intended to develop skills of throwing, catching and hitting. We emphasize the importance of listening to the coaches, respecting officials/umpires, and having FUN. Although it is a team game, we ask each child to work hard to realize their own INDIVIDUAL POTENTIAL. Competition at this level is not stressed. Although games are scheduled and played there are no standings in this league. Teams compete with teams from surrounding communities in the same age group. Games are played at Tully Park , Manor Oaks , Merillon Field's and various other fields.
