Raffle Tickets "Fundraiser"

The Merillon Board of Directors has decided to continue its "Raffle Tickets" fundraiser for 2012.

IOnce again this year 2012, the fundraiser will be a book of $40 raffle tickets. Each registrant will be required to sell $40 worth of raffle tickets. The $40 fee will be collected during the online registration process and you will receive your raffle tickets from your child's manager in mid-March 2012.

Once you receive your "Raffle Tickets" there are two things you can do. First, you can sell your raffle tickets to whomever you would like and have them complete the ticket form. In this way you will recoup the funds you laid out at registration ($40). The second thing you can do is hold onto the tickets and enter yourself into the raffle. Again, just simply fill out the raffle ticket form. Completely filled out raffle tickets can then be dropped off at the concession stand (concession stand will be opened once the season starts approximately April 1st) or inside the Field House lobby where there is a blue box inside the front doors to the right.

We plan on giving away several substantial prizes again this year with the drawings being held on Parade Day, in mid April at Merillon Complex. Again the thought here is it would be best to give back not only to program but also to families who participate.

Everyone’s participation will allow us to retain our current registration fees in addition to upgrading team equipment and improvement’s at our facilities.
